My name is Brian Bishop. I'm a partner here at Saller & Bishop. Here at Saller & Bishop, we handle all types of criminal matters, including anything from a simple misdemeanor all the way up to murder charges.

What I love about my job at Saller & Bishop is the interaction with my co-workers, Andrew Saller and David Storey, one of my other partners. The marketing challenges I had was trying to develop new business as I was a pretty new attorney to the private practice. However, Andrew highly recommended Yodle. He talked about the results, as I was a little skeptical.

However, in the first few days, I already saw a return on my investment. We reached customers we would never have been able to reach before. Our Yodle experience has been great. I mean, we spend ... I think our investment is about $2,000 a month, and we see returns of anywhere between $10,000 to $15,000, sometimes a little more up to $20,000 a month.

Originally with Yodle, it was just Andrew, and then it was Andrew and I. Then as we put more money into the marketing program with Yodle, it has actually afforded us the opportunity to bring on a new partner, David Storey, who handles our civil cases.

We have actually two websites, where we compete to see if Yodle or the other website, which one would be better, and Yodle has far exceeded the performance of the other website that use.

My experience with Yodle's customer service has been great. I love the fact that I'm able to just log on to the website and review any calls that come in, see if we've missed a call, or to review why we didn't get that customer and immediately make changes to that.

If I give advice to a business that is thinking about using Yodle, I'd say just give them a shot. Originally we had a 90 day commitment. That was about six months ago, and we extended that commitment. We don't see any changes in the foreseeable future. I don't see why would we. We're making money, profit that we would not be able to get without Yodle.

It expands. I mean, we get phone calls from all over the state, people from out of state calling us who just happened to be in the state at the time and got in trouble, need a local lawyer to handle a criminal or traffic matter. These clients would never have heard of us if it was not for Yodle.
