Joseph: Hello, my name is Joseph Buccani.

Neil: Hi, my name is Neil Mussan.

Joseph: We're the co-owners of Patriot Electric and Generator Service. When we first started the business, our biggest struggle was trying to market to the right people just because we needed people to take us seriously. We're two young guys and it was hard competing with people who had been there forever. We needed to get our name out there. We needed to show that we're the ones that they should be calling.

Neil: We decided to sign up with Yodle because the rep called us, and he spent at least an hour going over all the services and products that they offer. We really felt that a company who puts out this much of their resources and employee time with a complete stranger like us at the time we weren't signed, that really shows that they care. In the past before we signed up with Yodle we spent thousands with other marketing companies if you put together all the many months that we paid for them, and the results were absolutely horrendous.

Joseph: Dismal.

Neil: Dismal is the right word to say because what it was, we weren't even on the first page of Google and they kept promising us that, yeah you'll get there, you'll get there, you just got to keep paying us for more months. That wasn't the case with Yodle. I think by month one or month two ...

Joseph: We were already at the top.

Neil: We were already near the top or at the top depending on the time of day.

Joseph: When we first started out the business before we had done Yodle we were lucky we had three leads a week. Right now, using Yodle we have just seven leads alone today and on average we get around 30 to 40 leads to every week and 75% of those are Yodle’s. They're all reliable. Every time we get a Yodle you can almost always quote it, it's good.

Neil: What I love about our adversite that Yodle made for us is that customers can leave reviews for us right there and then the adversite is so thorough it basically lists every single service we offer. As soon as we upload photos to our Yodle account, Yodle basically takes over. Those pictures go right on the web, right to Google, they go right to Facebook. They go everywhere on the web where they need to go to get us more leads.
