The business I have is DFW Air Conditioning and Heating. We do sales, service and installation of air conditioning, heating systems, boilers for residential and commercial use.

We started our business the same week almost that we went with Yodle. I was referred to them by a relative that also owns a business and he thought so strongly of Yodle that he offered to even pay for it if I didn’t want to.

The conversations that I had with Yodle were great. Everything that I needed was taken care of. They had the site up within a few days, all the questions were answered that I had for them. The response time from the time that I setup the Yodle website, or the time that they had it posted on the internet, was 15 minutes to my first phone call.

I bet, I probably signed 20 to 25 contracts within 6 months, residential maintenance contracts. Tracking those results with Yodle was easy. They give you a website tracking base, basically, and you can follow-up on all your emails. You can listen to the phone calls that you had with the customers, and you can replay them to see if you made any errors in judgment or words and lost a customer that way. You can go back and listen to them. It will even give you what city, what area the call came from, whether it was an email, or a phone call directly to you, or if you missed the call you can go back and call them.

Within any given day I can call and make changes to my website. I can re-change keywords or search words that they’re using if I find that some aren’t working, I can change them up. I can raise or lower my fees that I want to put into it every month. I can basically judge my Yodle services off of my business phone calls.
