Hi, my name is Kevin Wright. I do heating and air conditioning in the Fayetteville area, Fayetteville, Arkansas that is; been doing the business since 2002. When it comes to Yodle a lot of companies, like I say in the past have really, they must be cleaning companies because they’ve sure taken me. My bank account’s hurt from people saying that they would do what they do. When Yodle came along I was honestly skeptical, but after our initial relationship and getting everything straightened out, it was just beautiful.

I really got involved with them, about six to eight months. They were keeping me informed and they were always calling me and saying, “Okay this is where we need to go.” I’ll go, “Great, that sounds like a good direction. Let’s move forward on that.” The next thing I know they had done all my Bing, they had done all my Google and Yahoo and everything. It was really nice to have somebody else care for what I needed.

I didn’t have to worry about nothing. They’re doing it; they’re letting me know what I need to do to grow my company. They’re calling me on a regular basis and letting me know, “Hey Kev, this is where you need to go because this is changing in the internet.” My time, I don’t have time to track all that.

On the personal touch side, we’re talking about the contact, the managers that actually contact me in person. Whether it be e-mail or a phone call, and I’ve received both and if I don’t respond typically on the e-mail, what Yodle will do is they’ll call me up and say, “Hey, you doing good, you still there.” Instead of going, “Well here’s an invoice and never calling me for six, eight months” like some of the other companies.

From my experience, hands down all the way through business there is no substitute. Yodle has helped me out greatly when it comes to growing my business, simply because I could track, I could maintain and I don’t have to ask. I know where that information is and I can get it at any time.
