Joe Hinkle had trouble getting All Pro Lawnscapes the visibility needed to bring in more business. Direct mailings weren’t working and his new website wasn’t being found by prospects. I'm Joe Hinkle with All Pro Lawnscapes here in Lubbock, Texas. We offer general maintenance, landscaping and all services outdoors. We started our own website. We were having some trouble with it getting onto the search engines and getting our name out. Yodle called us just out of the blue one day, and we signed up with them and we've been very happy so far.

Anytime you get a phone call somebody trying to sell you something, you're skeptical of what they're doing. The professionalism at Yodle just really brought me in. Then we started talking about budgeting, and it really didn't fit my budget to do what they needed, but they kept giving me incentives. Finally, I signed up with them.

Marketing has changed. Everything is on the Internet now. We have tried mass mailings. They seem to go straight to the trash. People go straight to the Internet to find what they need. It's always a plus to get phone calls from customers even if it's for services we don't offer, it's a chance for us to get in front of customers that we normally wouldn't see.

Our business is definitely growing through Yodle. Just recently we received a phone call through Yodle from a customer that just lives two miles down the road, and he didn't even know we were in business until he found us on the Internet.

Yodle's customer service has been great. They're very professional, very friendly, very easy to deal with. The customer reps check on me periodically which I really like. It's been a rewarding experience working with Yodle.

We're going to continue to use Yodle the way we are right now. We're in our slow time, and we're still receiving phone calls. Next spring, we're definitely going to ramp up and do more advertising with Yodle to generate more sales and revenue. For other small businesses, I would definitely recommend Yodle. You will start to see a return on your dollar soon like I did.
