Dr. DeGorter tried everything to market his chiropractic center but didn’t see success. When he received a cold call from Yodle he thought it was just another gimmick. We decided to sign up with Yodle after hearing the presentation spoken to us by our representative. We were a little confused because it was a cold call, and we were a little bit skeptic. But after we heard the presentation, it was very easy to go with that decision.

We've received excellent reviews. We've received almost at least, I'd say, two phone calls a week of new patients. We've received 62 total phone calls in the past three months, and 339 unique visitors to our website that Yodle tracks all the clicks.

These results have increased almost a profit of a quarter each month that we've been with Yodle. We've been tracking all of our sales through the Yodle website and the Dashboard, and it's very easy to use. We can listen to our own phone calls, so I can track my own progress on how I'm handling a call from a new patient. I can also track my staff and their front desk, and how they've possibly lost the client or even gained a client.

Yodle has been excellent with their customer service. They have called and checked on us at least once a month. When we first started up, they called a couple of times just to make sure we were handling the Dashboard and the ease.

If you have no skills in internet marketing, and you've tried Google Adwords Express or anything like that where you just set yourself a small budget, this really helps expand. You can be on different search engines and be on Google Maps where you wanted to be, and get actual real results and real phone calls, and track it.
