My name is Sue and this is Riverwalk Medical & Wellness. We do cosmetic dermatology. Our biggest marketing challenge was getting the phone to ring and getting patients to come in. In doing the numbers I see that it is the only advertising that we've done over five years that we've actually gotten a return on investment, that we've had over 500 leads in the past six months. At least 50% of those patients have come in and they're all new patients. Out of those 50% probably 98% have had some type of service.
I really like the adversite and it comes up great as a mobile app. So many of our current patients as well as new patients can just click their phone and call us. I like that we can make changes immediately that happens overnight and that we're able to always add new information. They work with us. It's really up to date.
Marketing essentials™ features has been really helpful that we can put up photos, we can put up specials, we can put up coupons. I can link them to my Facebook, which I was never able to do before. It kind of pulls everything into one place that I can just quickly go in one time in the morning and update everything that I want to update.
I think we're going to continue to use Yodle because it's been the best advertising that we've done so far. I would tell another small business that Yodle is one platform that addresses all your marketing needs and that it's really worth trying.
