Sensible Dental’s 11 offices have seen great results with Yodle. Since they partnered with Yodle, they have seen an increase in calls and an increase in new patients. Because of this, Marketing Coordinator Rachel Galador says that “Yodle will continually be integrated into our marketing campaigns.”
My name is Rachael Galadoro and I'm the marketing coordinator for Bludebonnet Dental Care and Sensible Dental. Bluebonnet Dental Care was started here in Baton Rouge. We have since expanded to 11 offices which incorporate our Sensible Dental brand. That brand is exclusive to Walmart. We were approached by a sales representative of Yodle and she had a great marketing pitch for us, things that they could bring to the table in addition to what we were already using.
We've actually seen some great results with Yodle. We were able to see an increase in calls, first and foremost. In addition to the call count increasing, we saw increase in new patients in those offices just from the service of Yodle. One of the best things I think about them has been actually their customer service. It was very important for me to find someone that was technologically savvy. With the representative that I actually met and talked with, she was able to tell me all these great, new things that Yodle is actually doing. I really appreciated her telling me, "Hey, this is what we're doing. This is new and I think this will really benefit your business."
It's really important to have a representative that can be there and say, "Hey, I can get right in and change this for you." Yodle has really stepped up to the plate and been able to do that for us. I think we can only grow from here so I think Yodle will just be continually integrated into our marketing campaigns especially for the markets that we see fit. We just look forward to Yodle helping us out further with our marketing endeavors.
