When Miracle-Ear first started working with Yodle, their goal was to improve the ranking of their franchisees local search. To do this, Yodle created 1,300 local websites for each Miracle-Ear franchise. Yodle has optimized all online marketing for both desktop and mobile, resulting in more leads.
Heinz - My name is Heinz Ruch, President/CEO of Amplifon USA and Miracle Ear. We selected Yodle because of their focus to the local space. We figured that Yodle was well-positioned, had the resources, the talent and the drive which is important to us too, as well as the flexibility to provide us with the solution. Which is exactly the case.
Diana - I'm Diana Beaufils. I'm the Senior Vice President of Miracle Ear. The biggest goals that we wanted to achieve with Yodle, were to have our franchisees be found in local searches by perspective customers. Prior to Yodle, we had four or five landing pages with our national website. With Yodle, we now have 1300 local websites for all of our franchisees. They also built out Metro Pages in all of the major cities, which today 95% of which rank on the first page of a major search engine.
Yodle has optimized all of our online marketing, for both desktop and mobile applications. Previously we did not have mobile optimization so we're very appreciative of this.
Scott -Hi, my name is Scott Lau. My wife and I run 20 Miracle Ear Centers in the upper Midwest, in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. We're certainly getting a lot more leads as a result of the placement that we're getting with Yodle. We’re able to see the leads coming in, we're able to measure them, and we have a lot better data with regard to how we're converting those opportunities. It's really been a much better process.
Heinz - We are linking systems, so for us it is very important to measure the funnel from the very beginning, from the lead generation to the sale, and to come to the right conclusion. That is for sure something which Yodle allows us to do. We see more and more leads coming from the online space, which means that our cost per lead is decreasing. The amount of leads is increasing, and that’s exactly how we have planned to have it, and we're very happy with the results so far.
Diana - Yodle has been great. Very proactive in engaging our franchisees, and helping with the educational process. They have attended our annual conventions, they have attended regional meetings that we have conducted, and they're CSMs are very active in the training process with each individual franchisee.
Scott - My experience with the Yodle team is fantastic. From top to bottom they're easy to get ahold of and they're very proactive. We meet monthly, we talk about our results, and what we can do to improve our performance going forward. I can honestly say that we're getting better results because of our partnership with Yodle.
Heinz - Well we have decided to continue our relationship with Yodle based on the results. We believe that the shift is inevitable in the media landscape. With the solution Yodle is providing us, we're happy. I think we will intensify the relationship and we'll basically move forward in a more integrated way even going forward.
