A Beautiful Transition

Jeremiah Bridges and his wife, Crystal, started Luxe Body Spa back in 2011, when friends expressed a need for medical spas throughout the country. Excited about the idea and looking to start fresh in a new career, Jeremiah and Crystal opened the spa within 90 days. They started with just a tiny room, one laser machine, and Crystal performed each procedure.

It was hard work and took a great deal of time, but says Jeremiah, “I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.”

Word of mouth helped them grow and they were soon offering laser liposuction, microdermabrasion, spider vein removal, and Botox to patients.

The Right Call

With their growth, however, came an overwhelming abundance of sales phone calls. Jeremiah explains, “Once your business begins to grow; that's when the sales calls start flooding in.”

He and his wife needed the extra business, but with all of the sales pitches, they didn't know where to begin.

They tried daily deal sites, direct mailers, and some online marketing with a friend, but nothing resulted in much business.

Then Jeremiah received one sales call he was thankful for. “My sales person at Yodle was straight and to the point, and I really appreciated that,” says Jeremiah. “He explained everything Yodle could do for our business and it sounded like it superseded anything we had tried. The cost was also so reasonable that I couldn't turn it down.”

Eye-catching Results

Jeremiah and Crystal signed up with Yodle and it wasn't long before the calls they needed came flooding in.

“In the first 30 days, we received 15 calls,” explains Jeremiah. “Then in 60 days we received 25. Now we receive over 30 calls a month; in the past month we had 34 calls!”

What's more is that these calls turn into business; Jeremiah calculates that about 85% of the calls they generate through Yodle turn into new business for the medical spa.

They’re also very pleased with the level of customer service they receive from Yodle. Whenever Jeremiah has a question and sends an email or makes a call, his marketing consultant gets right back to him. “This means a lot to me,” he says. “If you don't return my calls, you don't keep my business.”

Yodle's results have truly helped Luxe Body Spa grow. As a result of all the new business Yodle has created, they are able to afford more machinery and are in the process of adding new services to their list including wart removal, tattoo removal, improved spider vein removal, and toe fungus removal.

Jeremiah and Crystal are extremely grateful to have found Yodle. “Yodle gave us exactly what they promised us,” Jeremiah explains. “I tell everybody that I can about Yodle because in just the first three months using them they helped more than anything we were previously doing. Whatever Yodle does definitely works.”
