My name is Gary Forrest, and I'm a licensed psychotherapist. I work in Wilton Manors, Florida. One of the challenges I found when I first entered into the psychotherapy practice was that this is a service that's offered confidentially. In order to reach a certain type of customer, you have to be very careful about the advertising that you do.
So I was looking at Google Ads, and I was looking at implementing it myself or getting an outsource to do it. Around that time, I became aware of Yodle, and it was like outsourcing the entire marketing campaign and having a whole marketing department associated with our practice.
I was skeptical about signing up for the Yodle service at first. The primary reason for it was that it would require an upfront monthly investment. However, within about 90 days, we had achieved that break-even point of five to six new customers. Since then, we've been at it now for an additional five months, that number just continues to increase. I believe this is our best month ever. We had recently gone up to about 33% conversion rate, so we're seeing a good trend line on that going forward.
The beautiful thing about Yodle is that when you say that you want to do something, make changes and tweak things and stuff like that, they're very, very responsive. In terms of other things I like about Yodle, I want to mention the Dashboard. The Dashboard provides statistics so that, very much up to the minute, you know what's happening on the advertising promotion side of your website.
We are very bullish on Yodle at this point. In fact, we are looking over the next year of possibly shutting down some of our more static online advertising sites, because we're finding that Yodle can serve as a one-stop shop for all of our sales and advertising needs for this business.
