My name is Donny Rogers, I'm the clinic coordinator for Bee-Lite Medical Weight Loss here in Augusta, Georgia. We help people lose weight, gain energy and hopefully live a healthier lifestyle. We advertised in every media possible - print, newspaper, magazines, radio, TV, online with LivingSocial and Groupon. It was very difficult to track our return on investment with those as well as really see what was really working. Where were we getting our clients from advertising wise?
With Yodle, we're able to pinpoint where our clients were coming from. Have a contact name, number, email as well as see how many people who are viewing us on Yodle and track them and how much they spend with our facility.
Yodle was able to work with our existing budget that we had left for the quarter. What I like best about Yodle is very simple. Number one, their customer service is very easy to deal with. If I have any questions or concerns, I can call them immediately.
The main reason we went with Yodle was the dashboard. The dashboard gives me all my data. I can review all the phone calls that they have coming in and it's very essential to me, so I can modify what my employee is saying to the client. If it needs to be modified, I want to make sure everybody is saying the same thing.
