New York, NY (July 21, 2009) – Yodle Inc., a leader in local online advertising and lead generation, announces two important additions to its executive team today. Michael Gordon has joined Yodle from Merrill Lynch as Chief Financial Officer and Erin Brockman has joined from Yahoo! HotJobs as Vice President of Client Services. The new executive hires come as Yodle continues to grow rapidly, recently reporting 200% growth from first half 2008 to first half 2009.

Michael Gordon brings more than 16 years of financial management and business experience to the CFO position at Yodle. As CFO, he will oversee finance, accounting, human resources, corporate development and legal affairs. At Merrill Lynch, Michael served as Managing Director in the Media and Telecom investment banking group. Michael has raised over $20 billion in capital for clients, including many initial public offerings, and advised clients on over $50 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions. During his almost 13 years at Merrill Lynch, Michael developed relationships with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups and leading private equity firms. Previously, Michael had worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble. He is on the Board of Directors of Share Our Strength, one of the nation's leading anti-hunger organizations.

VP of Client Services Erin Brockman, with more than 12 years of experience, is responsible for driving customer satisfaction. Prior to Yodle, Erin served as the VP of Operations for Yahoo! HotJobs, where she successfully led the transition from a high-growth start-up to an industry-leading media and recruitment solutions business. Prior to Yahoo!, Erin served in management positions at GotSchool Market and Kozmo.com.

"As Yodle continues to grow – despite a tough economy – we're proactively tapping the best talent to lead the company in meeting booming local online business demand," said Yodle CEO Court Cunningham. "Michael and Erin are no exception, and we're confident that their expertise will help propel Yodle to the next level of growth, delivering the best customer value and the highest ROI to local business owners possible."

Michael and Erin are the latest additions to Yodle's already impressive management team, which includes longtime IAC marketing veteran Bryan Chupp who joined as Senior Vice President of Marketing in April 2009. In January, Yodle announced the completion of a $10 million Series C funding round led by JAFCO Ventures.
