Court Cunningham
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Yodle, Court oversees all aspects of operations and strategy, including technology, product development and sales and marketing. Prior to joining Yodle, he held the position of COO at Community Connect, a niche social networking company, where he lead consumer marketing, product management and development efforts. Before that, as SVP/GM of the Marketing Automation group at DoubleClick, he was instrumental in establishing DARTmail as the industry leading email marketing solution.
Court received a BA in English from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ed Caminiti
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at Yodle, Ed is responsible for all corporate accounting and finance activities including the reporting of financials to executive management and investors. Ed has over 20 years of financial experience working at diverse finance positions at Paramount Communications, TimeWarner, Onsite Access and Ernst & Young. In addition, consulted for Fortune 500 companies on the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Ed has a BSBA from Georgetown University.
Bryan Chupp
Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing
As Sr. Vice President of Consumer Marketing, Bryan is responsible for continuing to optimize and expand Yodle’s industry-leading consumer distribution network. Chupp came to Yodle from FiLife , a personal finance web community backed by IAC and Dow Jones, where he served as Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Product. During his tenure, Bryan oversaw the launch of FiLife.com, built an extensive SEO-oriented directory and a lead generation matching service. Prior to FiLife, Bryan worked as Vice President of Partnerships and Loyalty Marketing Group for LendingTree.com, another IAC company. While at LendingTree, Bryan led the SEM, SEO and online partnership teams.
Bryan received a BA in History from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Mike DeLuca
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mike is responsible for sales and marketing strategy as well as channel development and management for Yodle. DeLuca came to Yodle from Yahoo! where he served as Vice President of Sales for the Yahoo! HotJobs division, where he managed a team of 200 people during his four years with the company. Mike joined Yodle with more than 17 years of technology and online sales leadership experience. At Yahoo! HotJobs, DeLuca was responsible for leading Direct and Channel Sales for North America, and grew the organization’s year-over-year Search and Display media revenue exponentially under his leadership. Prior to his time at Yahoo!, DeLuca led sales teams at EMC, StorageApps and Hewlett Packard. He was part of a 5-member executive team that sold StorageApps to HP in 2001.
Mike is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.
Milind Mehere
Vice President of Business Development
Milind is part of the founding team and is responsible for expanding Yodle’s Advertising network through distribution & media partnerships. Previously, Milind led the client operations team which was responsible for account management. Prior to Yodle, Milind was Director of Global Solutions Engineering at OATSystems (acq. by Check Point Systems-CKP) and was responsible for sales engineering and industry solutions. Before that, he held several leadership roles at i2 Technologies, a supply chain management company, where he helped launch i2's ASP/B2B online exchange for small and medium businesses.
Milind has an MS in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay.
John Merryman
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO at Yodle, John is responsible for the technical vision and the development and operation of Yodle's innovative technology platform. Merryman came to Yodle from Didit Search Marketing, where he also served as CTO. At Didit John lead the strategy and development of their bidding optimization engine, Maestro, as well as designed custom solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises. Prior to Didit, John held various management positions at DoubleClick including spearheading the DART API Project and product management for DART for Advertisers.
John earned his BS in Computer Science and MA in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University.
