Overview
As our ideal candidate you are interested in and willing to learn the ins and outs of paid search engine marketing (SEM) and Advertising. You will be involved in all phases of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and will work with the Account Management team to maintain: high retention rates on their portfolios, profitability of their customer accounts and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Yodle’s platform to continually improve customers’ paid search campaigns.
- Develop, generate, and interpret periodic performance reports (Spend Analysis, Keyword performance, Click Thru rates, Quality of Leads, Search Engine.Campaign performance etc. ) that can be used in ongoing analysis of Clients performance

- Identify, document and drive initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and reinforce the value of Yodle business solutions
- Ability to collaborate as a team as well as work independently
- Ability to perform in-depth analyses using core marketing metrics and offer recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Strong attention to detail
- Employ quality assurance principles to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and to the clients’ specifications
- Create comprehensive client reports
- Strong analytical background
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Able to quickly learn complex software products and explain them to customers
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with and Experience in PPC search engines such as: Google Adwords, Yahoo!/Overture, and MSN AdCenter
- Experience in or knowledge of SEO or SEM
- Basic HTML coding
- Background in Statistics, quantitative and qualitative analysis and linear programming
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
